Apple has a promotion in which new iPod owners receive an iTunes Music Sampler with 13 free songs from iTunes Music Store. If you already own an iPod, you can also get the same free music.

Yesterday, Apple sued the rumor site Think Secret for allegedly disclosing trade secrets in recent articles. However, in filing the suit, Apple identifies specific articles that contain trade secrets, indicating that at least parts of those reports are on the mark.
