Apple Security Update 2005-006 is now available for Mac OS X 10.3.9 and 10.4.1 via the software update panel. This update delivers a number of security enhancements and is recommended for all Macintosh users.  This update includes the following components: AFP Server, Bluetooth, CoreGraphics, Folder Permissions, launchd, LaunchServices, NFS, PHP, VPN.

BeLight Software has released Mail Factory Home Edition, a scaled-down version of Mail Factory aimed at users who don't need all the functionality of the pro-level application. Priced at US$19.95, Mail Factory Home Edition differs by not allowing merge printing for mass mailings and by not including a mass mailing database. It supports data from Apple Address Book, vCards and text files, but it does include over 700 clipart images and 100 unique masks, a variety of templates, integration with iPhoto and more.
