At the end of this year's ADHOC Conference, Expotech announced that this was the last conference. Due to dropping attendance, higher expenses, and fewer sponsors, the show could no longer be sustained.

I've spent the last few days at ADHOC 2005 (also known as MacHack 20). Like previous MacHacks, it's lots of caffeine-fueled fun with lack of sleep & cool hardware & software. I've posted some pictures here.

There’s a short form at the Mac Support Store site for submitting your application. If chosen, you’ll be listed on the site’s Partners menu. Jeff Graber, CEO of the Mac Support Store, says they’re offering the Partner Program for two reasons.

Visitors to the annual Supercomputing 2005 (SCl05) conference can visit with Cluster Resources'TM Developers and staff and test Cluster Resources' software live. Cluster Resources will host an exhibit at the conference held in Seattle, Wash. Nov. 15-17 2005.

Apple® today announced that it will supply 30,000 new iBook® G4s to Broward County Public Schools for use by all of its students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. The iBooks will greatly increase students’ access to the latest technology for learning, authoring and communication.
