Who is The Mac Support Store?

The Mac Support Store is foremost an Apple Authorized Help Desk Specialist. We're also authorized to sell and service Macs. Since 1996, we have troubleshot over 17,000 Macintosh computers in New York City through a proprietary service called Power Support.

The Mac Support Store has announced a new partner program for companies that offer an online service or manufacture a product that users of Apple products would want to buy.

There’s a short form at the Mac Support Store site for submitting your application. If chosen, you’ll be listed on the site’s Partners menu. Jeff Graber, CEO of the Mac Support Store, says they’re offering the Partner Program for two reasons.
