Mac OS X 10.5.1 Update Finalized? [Update]

ThinkSecret believes that Apple is about ready to release the first update to Mac OS X Leopard.

Mac OS X 10.5.1 has been undergoing testing by developers over the past two weeks, and ThinkSecret claims that it has been finalized at build 9B18. The last build made available to developers was 9B16 and was released seeded earlier this week. There were no known issues at that time.

Apple Releases Updates to Final Cut Studio 2

Apple released a number of updates to applications contained in the Final Cut Studio suite, providing bug fixes as well as Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard support.

Leopard Overtakes Windows OS Sales In Japan For October

Apple's Mac OS 10.5 Leopard launch will go down in history as record-breaking, both internal and external. In Japan, sales went up to 60.5% market share year-on year in the month of October, which was enough to bump Microsoft from the top spot (reports Macworld.co.uk citing a Japanese Business Computer News report)

Apple Releases iPhoto 7.1.1 Update

Apple has released an update to iPhoto 7, part of iLife '08.

This update supports compatibility with Mac OS X 10.5, improves overall stability, and addresses a number of other minor issues.

OS X Tiger 10.4.11 now available

Fire up Software Update, Tiger users, Apple has just released 10.4.11. This point update has a host of feature updates including:

-Safari 3 for Tiger (no longer in Beta)

-Additional RAW support for some camera models

-Support for Microsoft Presenter Mouse 8000 (I am sure this makes someone out there very happy)

-Improved iPhone syncing with Yahoo!
