MacHeist is back with 10 great applications for $49. 25% of your purchase will be donated to the charity of your choice. Last year's initiative became a spectacular success, with $200,000 raised by the end of the event. This year, they're hoping to shatter last year's record numbers, and show how generous the Mac community can be.

Daniel Brusilovsky, the 15 year old Host and Producer of Apple Universe, will be recording the 100th episode of Apple Universe LIVE at the Zeum on January 15th with a panel of guests! Guests include Robert Scoble, Dave Sifry, Cali Lewis, iJustine, Shooby and many more! Also, we will have some special guests coming by to join us!

MacWorld 2008 is just around the corner, and thousands of people are hoping for some great things from Apple. In this blog post I will talk about what I would like to happen from Apple coming up at the MacWorld 2008 Conference and Expo.Personally, I’d like to see a slimmer 12-inch MacBook, with a 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo CPU, 4GB of RAM, and a hard drive holding up to 250GB.
