Geneffects releases iMeMiner 1.6
iMeMiner, the popular web gallery download tool, has undergone an incremental, but significant upgrade with new version 1.6.
With version Version 1.5, iMeMiner gained the ability to access password protected sites. Version 1.6 adds several features to improve the user experience, namely:
- “Skip & Delete gallery” is a new option when downloading galleries. Often, when downloading a gallery, if a user finds they do not want the images (or movies, sounds, etc.) it contains, they skip downloading that gallery. This feature saves the hassle of having to finding and deleting the folder which contains the undesired gallery.
- Better Folder naming - To avoid duplicate folders due to corrupted preferences, folder naming is now based on the time downloaded.
- “http://” added to the URL field to emphasize that web addresses are to be put there.
