Fort Lauderdale, FL – October 25, 2004 – As OmniPilot Software, Inc. continues to celebrate the 8th anniversary of its Lasso product line the company would like to pre-announce the launch of Lasso Professional 8 Public Beta that will be officially released later this week.

According to Chad Roll, Chief Operations Officer, “Lasso Professional 8 is a tremendous step forward in Lasso’s product evolution, we have combined feature requests from customers, with insight from industry experts to produce a robust tool to rapidly deploy data driven Web sites and applications. We have also focused on making sure LP8 is 100% backward compatible with LP7.”

[*] Includes enterprise features such as a built-in SOAP client makes which makes calling remote procedures as easy as calling local custom tags, JavaBeans support, and a J2EE servlet Web server connector.
