FREE PHOTOSHOP TRICK PROVIDES ELECTRIFYING EFFECTS IN ONLY 2 STEPS!
Photoshop users can create instant background effects with a free Photoshop Trick released by Turbo Photo ( http://www.turbophoto.com/ ) called “Create Electrifying Special FX Backgrounds.” The trick is so simple and produces such awesome effects, it may “blow your mind,” according to Turbo Photo.
The key to this trick is in Photoshop’s ‘Difference’ blend mode. When using tools in this mode, colors shift to their natural opposite complementary color. When performing this with a gradient, however, the combination of the complementary colors and the color range of the gradient can form a seemingly natural effect, which may resemble wrinkled drapery or folded cloth. This unusual, but surprisingly pleasing effect creates such spectacular results, it must be tried by any Photoshop user.
Three sample 300dpi hi-res samples are available to for free downloading, as an example of the power of this trick. The tutorial will walk you through the steps and will provide advice for further Photoshop experimentation. (http://www.turbophoto.com/Photoshop-Tricks/backgrounds-photoshop-trick/index.htm )
Two other free Photoshop tricks listed on the Turbo Photo website include “Create Perfect & Sharp Screenshots at 300dpi” and “Add Pizzazz to Dull Photos.” You may access these free tricks here: ( http://www.turbophoto.com/Photoshop-Tricks/index.htm ) Unlike the amateur Photoshop tutorials widely available across the Web, these step-by-step tricks produce professional results and are deceptively simple.
To see more examples of background effects produced by Photoshop, designers may view the “Digital-Effect Backgrounds” CD produced by Turbo Photo and available for $49.00. Designers may view and download a free JPG sample here: ( http://www.turbophoto.com/products/dfx/index.htm )
