Who is The Mac Support Store?

The Mac Support Store is foremost an Apple Authorized Help Desk Specialist. We're also authorized to sell and service Macs. Since 1996, we have troubleshot over 17,000 Macintosh computers in New York City through a proprietary service called Power Support.

What is Power Support ?

Many small businesses are not large enough to afford a full-time IT department specifically for Macs. Power Support fills this void by providing customers with a higher level of technical expertise than they can typically employ in-house.
