AbOrygen is pleased to announce the release of biOpen 2.1 offering new alignment tool and powerful functionalities.
- PROBCONS is a new protein multiple sequence alignment tool which has demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in accuracy compared to all alignment methods to date.
- The Documentation window is used to store notes and internet links and to perform specific actions on your sequences.
- “Use black shading” is a new option in the multiple sequence alignment view which allows you to color background in black and residues in white.
- As always, various bugs were fixed as well.
