By now most Mac users have heard about DOT-TUNES - The Ultimate iTunes Web Server. What was not known is that behind the scenes the DOT-TUNES team has been developing a sophisticated Tracker application which connects DOT-TUNES Server applications with DOT-TUNES Client applications.

The new DOT-TUNES Tracker brings, people, music lovers, and client and server users together in an iTunes dedicated file sharing network.

Anyone can run a DOT-TUNES Tracker with a focus on any musical style, then server users can connect to the tracker and publish their music straight out of iTunes - you can actually publish entire playlists or just a couple of tracks!

Then DOT-TUNES Client users can connect to the Tracker and retrieve a list of available servers and click on a server to connect and begin downloading or playing tracks - over the net - straight out of iTunes.

The network has only just begun so you’ll need to join the DOT-TUNES mailing list to receive a Tracker Address - Or you can start your own Tracker.
