AbOrygen is pleased to announce that a new free widget is available for biologists ! The ProtParam widget computes physico-chemical parameters for protein sequences at ExPASy.
Free Amino Acid Widget was updated ! In the 1.2 version, information is now displayed for molecular weight, composition, polarity, hydrophobicity, pK and pI.
