Phelios Ships Universal Bud Redhead
February 14 2007 - Atlanta, GA - Independent game developer, Phelios in a partnership with Space Ewe, has announced the release of Bud Redhead Universal for Mac. The ever-popular platformer game made with Phelios’ game engine PTK, has been a top seller since its release for Mac, and now is available with better performance for newer Macs.
Bud Redhead, an entertaining platformer in the style of arcade “Jump and Run” games, features the character, Bud Redhead. The game takes players on a trip to 4 different places in the space-time continuum: from a forest more than 8000 years old, to Ancient Egypt and Medieval Castles, to a Space Ship orbiting Saturn a couple of million years in the future. The ultimate mission is to rescue Bud’s girlfriend, Rachel, but to do so, players must travel through various star gates whilst collecting the necessary items and information along the way. Success will guide players to a surprise ending.
