APC Magazine reports that Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac has been released to private beta. No public beta or release date has been announced yet.
Office 2008 features a completely new user interface with a streamlined appearance featuring tabs and a panel similar to Office 2007’s ribbon. A new widget-like application called MyDay gives easy access to Entourage’s appointments and tasks.
