Apple’s new iPhone Web App directory
Apple has opened a new directory of iPhone friendly web applications. Although Apple doesn’t currently support native iPhone applications, they are encouraging developers to make web based applications that take advantage of iPhone specific features. A developer guide and sample code is available from Apple. Several sources claim that Apple does eventually plan to support native application development.
