I don&#039;t understand how the obtrusive rollover ads such as IntelliTXT and Vibrant pay more and are a better income source - I think they  are charging their clients unfairly for accidental mouseovers? 

If you have any clue why such an annoying method would pay better, I would be curious to know.</description>
