Apple rolls out watchOS 7.0.3 for Apple Watch Series 3 — Apple World Today

To download the updated, launch the Apple Watch app on an iPhone, and choose General > Software Update. The smartwatch itself needs to have at least 50% battery, on its charger, and it close to the iPhone to which it’s paired.
