New iPhone App Provides a Place to Save and Organize Any Sort of Content prMac

[prMac.com] Dublin, Ireland – Independent developer Aram Miquel is today proud to announce the release and immediate availability of Pile – Bookmarks Reimagined 1.0.3, his new content organization app for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Pile is a place for iPhone users to keep any type of content. Notes, links, files, documents, photos, and more can be saved inside the Pile app. Users can organize their content using folders, allowing them to create curated lists of any type. Users can search and view their content, even when they’re offline.

Pile allows users to collaborate with other users by sharing folders and notes. Invited users can also add and organize their content in the shared folders or notes. The app’s minimalist interface allows the user’s content be the protagonist. The easy-to-use app features a drag-and-drop interface to organize the content the way the user wants it.

“I built Pile with privacy in mind, using iCloud to store all of the user’s data. This means that no one, not even our developers, can access the data,” says Aram Miquel. “This provides the benefit of data being backed up and synchronized between devices for free, while offering a login-free experience.”

Pile’s “Share Extension” allows iPhone users to quickly save content to Pile from anywhere on an iPhone. This allows users to save information to Pile from Safari, Chrome, news apps, messaging apps, and much more. This makes it easy to save and share interesting articles, documents, photos, notes, messages and more to a clean, easy-to-use interface.

Pile “cards” can be easily organized by dragging and dropping them into the order the users wishes. Users can organize content using folders (and folders within folders), or if they wish, they can simply create a very long list of their favorite items. Pile’s search functionality allows users to easily find items when needed. Items can be found and viewed, even if there is no available internet connection.

Pile is privacy-focused, as Pile’s data base is saved to iCloud, meaning only the user has access to the content. Pile’s iCloud functionality allows data to be automatically synchronized between all of a user’s iOS devices.
