The app is a companion to Inner Strength’s in-school teen mindfulness program and provides students with tools to self-improve, self-regulate, reduce stress, and navigate trauma-related mental challenges.

With topics ranging from brain health, to anxiety, to loving kindness and stress management, Inner Strength’s Teen Mindfulness Mobile app helps to empower and support teens, connecting them to community, exploration, curiosity, calm, and care. Inside, users can find mental health supports, badge-earning competitions, guided meditations, mindful movements, inspiring daily affirmations, and much, much more.
