Apple seeds fourth developer betas of iOS 18, iPadOS 18, watchOS 11, tvOS 18, and visionOS 2
Apple is in full swing with the development of its upcoming fall software updates, releasing the fourth beta versions of iOS 18, iPadOS 18, tvOS 18, macOS Sequoia, watchOS 11, and visionOS 2. This follows an unusual third round of betas that saw reissues for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
Developers can now access the latest builds to test new features and identify potential issues. Notably, the second round of betas introduced SharePlay upgrades and iPhone Screen Mirroring, features Apple had previously confirmed.
While these are early looks at what’s to come, they provide valuable insights into Apple’s direction for its operating systems. As the release date draws closer, we can expect more refinements and potentially new features to emerge.
MacDailyNews Note: Apple, of course, continues to develop betas for its current software versions, such as iOS 17.5.x.
