Apple Sports app gets Key Plays, pregame lineups, standings enhancements, and more
Apple Sports — an iPhone app that offers fans access to real-time scores, stats, and more — is now available to download in the App Store.
Apple’s Sports app for iPhone version 2.3 introduces a range of enhancements, such as a dedicated Key Plays section within the Play-By-Play tab, pregame lineups for soccer and baseball, refined league standings, and seamless Live Activity integration.

What’s new in Apple’s Sports 2.3 app:
• League standings now include ways to track which teams have qualified for the postseason and which have been eliminated.
• Quickly catch up on scoring plays and big moments in a game with Key Plays — a new Play-By-Play tab.
• When available, soccer and baseball game pages now include pregame lineups.
• Schedule a Live Activity for any game on the Today tab to automatically get a real-time scorecard on your Lock Screen when the action starts.
