Apple Silicon supplier TSMC’s April revenue surged 48%, reflecting electronics companies’ rush to secure critical components like chips ahead of potential U.S. import tariffs.
The main chipmaker for Apple and Nvidia reported monthly sales of NT$349.6 billion ($11.6 billion), compared with the average analysts’ estimate for a 38% rise in second-quarter revenue.
