Apple is currently enjoying a ‘dream scenario’ – Daniel Ives

Wedbush Securities analyst Dan Ives recently called the Trump administration’s 90-day tariff pause “a dream scenario” for Apple. Ives noted that this opens up several appealing strategic opportunities for the company moving forward.
Larry Ramer for Insider Monkey:
By this fall, the iPhone maker could manufacture 60% to 65% of its smartphones in India, Ives believes. Indeed, he now has “a high level of confidence” that Apple is accelerating the transfer of its manufacturing operations to the South Asian country.
On the other hand, Apple “could easily pivot back to a China driven iPhone strategy,” Ives stated. The analyst believes that AAPL’s actions in this area will be based “on the tariff situation and deal negotiations.”
MacDailyNews Note: Ives reiterated his “Outperform” (Buy) rating on AAPL stock with a healthy $270 price target to which we, now nicely positioned after last month’s deep discount prices, say, “Make it so, Mr. Market, make it so!”
