Apple draws down MacBook Air inventory ahead of new M4 models

Apple is gearing up to launch a new MacBook Air lineup as stocks of the current models dwindle. The spotlight is now on the M4 MacBook Air, which will deliver a beefier chip to both the 13-inch and 15-inch versions of Apple’s best-selling laptop.
Mark Gurman for Bloomberg News:
With the iPhone 16e now announced, Apple is turning its attention to another product: the M4 MacBook Air.
I’m told the company is now gearing up for a release in March and has started preparing its marketing, sales and retail teams for the debut. The current models are also seeing inventory being drawn down at stores — another sign the launch is nearing.
MacDailyNews Take: The new M4 MacBook Air will quickly become Apple’s best-selling Mac line.
