Tropical Software Announces TopXNotes for iOS 1.6 prMac

[prMac.com] Atlantic Beach, Florida – Tropical Software is pleased to announce TopXNotes iOS 1.6 with NoteZoom and WiFi NoteSync to TopXNotes Mac 2.0. TopXNotes 1.6 iOS features note creation and editing in landscape and portrait modes, emailing a note, backup/restore to the device, clickable hot links, and note synchronization (NoteSync) with TopXNotes Mac 2.0.

TopXNotes iOS 1.6 contains 4-way sorting in the NoteOrganizer. TopXNotes has had major improvements to our WiFi-based NoteSync process for improved efficiency, stability and performance including improved handling of large files, files with many notes and other conditions. TopXNotes has checks for compatible NoteSync services between Mac 2.0 and TopXNotes iOS and will not attempt sync between incompatible versions. If you suspect a sync issue, be sure you have the latest versions for iOS and Mac 2.0.

You also have full access to all fonts and font sizes Apple offers in iOS. Now you can also have your notes “on the go,” create new notes, edit notes, delete some and keep them in sync with your Mac 2.0’s notes.

Previous changes to the NoteOrganizer allowed notes to be sorted by note title or date, ascending or descending. Other changes include changing the user interface default fonts to a more popular font. The NoteOrganizer list titles, list dates, search, email, and the default note font are now the preferred iOS family font (Helvetica.) In addition, in a previous release of TopXNotes iOS, we made even more changes to accommodate retina display and new screen sizes of the latest iPhones, iPods and iPads.

This release of TopXNotes 1.6 iOS, with retina graphics updates, compliments the release of TopXNotes Mac 2.0, the latest update to its award-winning Mac personal note manager. When combined with TopXNotes Mac 2.0 customers can synchronize notes between one Mac 2.0 and multiple devices running TopXNotes iOS including iPhone, iPod iOS and/or iPad.

TopXNotes 1.6 iOS is our most stable, easiest to use version of TopXNotes iOS, with performance enhancements, bug fixes, and a NoteSync process that is easy to set up. The TopXNotes family will keep your notes synchronized between TopXNotes Mac 2.0 and TopXNotes 1.6 iOS.

TopXNotes iOS also works perfectly with Apple’s latest iOS. TopXNotes 1.6 iOS even supports the latest iOS spell checking. With NoteZoom you can adjust the font size on the fly. Included in NoteZoom is the ability to choose from all of the fonts supported in the iOS.
